• 4 two-hour Live Interactive Group Mentorship Sessions with Alyson and students in the training: These workshop sessions include theory and practical elements. Be prepared to move, explore, write, and CREATE solo and in small groups.

• Classes are released one Thursday a week for 4-weeks. You do not need to be live for these classes. They are pre-recorded. Practice in your own time.

4 two-hour Live Interactive Group Mentorship Sessions with Alyson

Saturday’s 11am-1pm

• Take advantage of the live element and arrive for the in-person section of the training. Here we get one-on-one with each other, solo movement explorations, solo and group writing and sequencing, and much more.
• A zoom recording will be available the next day. Chosen teaching sessions will be professionally edited and placed into the training in due time, and yours to keep forever.
