The Face HIIT™ training method, Line Eraser Protocol™ series, Yoga HIIT™, Yoga Shred™, Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga™ and related program structures are proprietary systems developed by Sadie Nardini.

Purchase of any course, program, or digital product does not grant permission to teach, coach, license, certify, or commercially distribute these methods, whether in their original form or in any modified, adapted, or derivative form.

Users may not use the concepts, sequences, techniques, or protocols contained within the Services to create competing programs, workshops, training materials, or educational content without prior written authorization from Sadie Nardini, LLC.
