But when you want to turboboost your results even more – do this 7 day plan in addition to or in place of your other workouts! You can alternate going through the 21 Days and then the 7 days and then 21 days, or just move on to the 7 days each week and still do any classes you love from the 21 days in addition to target your challenge areas. 

How is this course different from the 21 day one?

These are multi-area workouts that are different than those in the course, plus line-blocking hand positions, and resistance training to skyrocket your results without deepening the lines. You can also use the line blocking techniques during your 21 Day workouts too!
