Each workout hones in on a different muscle group while also training your whole body for balance, stability, and functional strength.

What You Need For This Course:
You can start with just your bodyweight, but a non-slip surface or yoga mat, two hand weights (dumbbells), and two ankle weights are recommended. Affordable suggestions are in the course!

I’m Sadie Nardini, 53 – For over two decades, I’ve helped women redefine what it means to age—showing up powerfully, unapologetically, and on our own terms. Not by ‘reversing time’ because I truly feel aging is a gift, but by taking control of our health, to rock how we look and feel for a lifetime.
