10 Lessons / with Kim Schneiderman

Welcome to Your Journey of Self-Compassion
Do you ever feel like you’re battling different parts of yourself? One part of you wants one thing, while another seems to pull you in the opposite direction. Perhaps feelings of fear, anger, or guilt keep you from being your best self. These internal conflicts are part of the human experience, but constantly managing or ignoring them often leads to temporary relief at best. But what if, instead of pushing these feelings away, you could learn to befriend them?
