Hi, I’m Judy! Master Yoga & Pilates Teacher, Licensed Massage Therapist & owner of Balance Cape May. I have helped thousands of students tame anxiety and stress over the past two decades through breath work, mediation and yoga practices.
I’m no stranger to stress and anxiety and has used the techniques in this course to help me during my most challenging times – including cancer treatment, divorce and a pandemic. CTFO was birthed from my deep desire to share these tools and allow others to find peace amongst the chaos.
