HOW MUCH TIME DOES THIS COURSE REQUIRE?
As much or as little time as you want to spend. The training is self-guided and you have access to it forever. No time limit to complete! Once you learn the foundations & language you can start incorporating this in your classes right away.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY STUDENTS WILL LOVE THIS?
We’ve already trained thousands of yoga and the feedback they get from their students is amazing – we hear about it every single day!
DOES TAKING THIS TRAINING CERTIFY ME IN CSV YOGA?
This training will not certify you but you will gain 25 CE Credits through Yoga Alliance.
You can use all this knowledge and call your self CSV Yoga Inspired if you like.
To become fully certified we offer 200h and 300h teacher track. If you already are trained in another style we have a 100h hybrid training consisting of the revolution training 40 hours online and a 60h in-person training to get you CSV Yoga Certified.
DO I HAVE TO BE A YOGA INSTRUCTOR TO TAKE THIS TRAINING?
While this training is geared towards yoga teachers you can also take this training if you are a dedicated student wanting to dive deeper. Who knows? Maybe this is a first step towards a longer training?

Once you have purchased this training, you gain access to all the information and intellectual property we created. Since we live in an online world where information can easily be shared, you agree that this training is non-refundable except in rare cases, at Yoga For Life’s sole discretion.

Hi, I’m Sadie – After a severe spinal injury in my teens, I made it my mission to empower people of all ages and abilities to find their physical and emotional strength, resilience and freedom again.
I’m a lifelong yoga and fitness teacher, and a total anatomy nerd. I’m Harvard – certified in anatomy, Stanford-certified in exercise physiology, the founder of The Somatic Flexibility Technique®, Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga®, an anatomy-enhanced yoga style, and The Yoga Shred®, a joint-safer HIIT + Yoga fitness style.
I live in Santa Barbara, California – and proud mom of three kitties, Bowie, Freddie, and Annie!
Hi, I’m Karin – Music has always been my life. In my early 20’s I was introduced to yoga and since then I’ve been combining my life as a musician and artist with yoga. I’ve been struggling with weight and body issues for most part of my life but when I hit 40 I decided it was enough. I believe a strong and healthy body come in different shapes and forms and the yoga mat is a place where you are excepted and enough just as you are.
I’m RYT 500, Core Strength Vinyasa Master Teacher, Yoga Shred Master Teacher, A Strong Through Menopause Coach and the creator of Dynamic Yin Yoga®. My passion is to teach teachers to be brave enough to allow their yoga to evolve.
I divide my time between Stockholm, Sweden and Nashville Tennessee. I love traveling especially with my crew consisting of my husband and 2 kids.
