Q & A

HOW MUCH TIME DOES THIS PROGRAM REQUIRE?

The program is 3 weeks with a rest day in-between each week. Each day on the program you’ll do a 4 minute face or neck exercise, then a 4 minute myofascial release for the area worked. That’s it!  You can repeat the course until you see the results you want (some see them within the first round, others need a little more time) and then you can start to take more days off in-between the next exercise.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE COURSE?

The lessons are loaded up for you in the right schedule, fully guided on high quality video with Sadie. Once purchased, you have forever access – no additional payment required. There’s no time limit to complete it. 

CAN I DOWNLOAD THE VIDEOS?

Since this is the world wide internet, we don’t offer downloads of the material. It’s easy to log in to your account at www.yogaforlifeonline.com to watch the videos and read the ebooks. We even have an app for fast access you’ll be prompted to download when you sign in.

CAN I JOIN THIS PROGRAM AT ANY AGE?

Yes you can! It’s never too early to start (you’ll age better), and some of our biggest aging-reversal transformations have been people in their 60s and 70s!
