Meet your teachers:

Hi, I’m Sadie – After a severe spinal injury in my teens, I made it my mission to empower people of all ages and abilities to find their physical and emotional strength, resilience and freedom again. 

And now, in my 50’s, I’m on a journey of discovery around peri-menopause into menopause. I want to offer all my training and tools in service of fierce females everywhere to help us all find balance, support, and purpose as we move through these stages of our lives. 

I’m a lifelong yoga and fitness teacher, and a total anatomy nerd. I’m Harvard – certified in anatomy,  Stanford-certified in exercise physiology, the founder of  The Somatic Flexibility Technique®, Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga®, an anatomy-enhanced yoga style, and The Yoga Shred®, a joint-safer HIIT + Yoga fitness style . 

I live in Santa Barbara, California – and proud mom of three kitties, Bowie, Freddie, and Annie!

Hi, I’m Karin – Music has always been my life. In my early 20’s I was introduced to yoga and since then I’ve been combining my life as a musician and artist with yoga. I’ve been struggling with weight and body issues for most part of my life but when I hit 40 I decided it was enough. I believe a strong and healthy body come in different shape and forms and the yoga mat is a place where you are accepted and enough just as you are.

I’m RYT 500, Core Strength Vinyasa Master Teacher, Yoga Shred Master Teacher, A Strong Through Menopause Coach and the creator of Dynamic Yin Yoga®. My passion is to teach teachers to be brave enough to allow their yoga to evolve.

I divide my time between Stockholm, Sweden and Nashville Tennessee. I love traveling especially with my crew consisting of my husband and 2 kids.
